I’m in the train to the Airport, and if all goes well I’ll be in Krakow in a few hours :-) Probably meeting the first Steemians already since many mini pre-meetups are happening even as I’m writing this.
I had some last-minute challenges I had to deal with, and how much I thought I needed to do a lot of things - it appeared I could let them go as well.
I wasn’t able to use my foot the last few days to the extend I couldn’t even reach the toilet without almost crying from pain. Confrontational, because I want to be in Kraków and on SteemFest as fit and pain free and happy as possible - and also surprising, since I had done way more challenging activities a week before and that didn’t affect me nearly as much.
But well, all the shopping I thought I needed to do was suddenly not possible anymore and suddenly it wasn’t needed at all. I wonder how often we make ourselves think we need to do stuff while in reality we don’t.
Packing I had to do, and I did it, grabbed an Uber this morning, and am now admiring the typical Dutch landscapes I ironically almost exclusively see from a train when on my way to other parts of the world.
I hope to see everyone soon and hit me up on Telegram, Discord or steem.chat if you want to do some coffee or wine or eat Polish street foods and everything in between. See you all soon!
