Hello dear Steem Family!
I've posted a lot of teasers on here, as about six months ago I started to experiment with wet-felting, and oh boy, did that get out of hand quick!
It was as if I had been waiting for ages to find a craft that made me so immensely happy, inspired, and created end results that I really really loved.
For those who have missed a bit of history:
- Start of a new creative adventure
- Update on felting adventures #1
- Felt experiments: blank canvas
- The making of a Nuno-Felted Scarf | Process #1
- The making of a Nuno-Felted Scarf | Process #2
- Felt experiments: FIRE
- Felt experiments: Black and White
- Treasure the Treasure | Handmade dummy for me to show my wearable art on
Many of you have waited patiently to see some results, and well, it's time! I've launched my website yesterday, and have updated friends & family (on Facebook and such ;-)) on what I've been doing.
As I want to start promoting my work 'old skool' social media is still the way to go, but I'm definitely thinking about ways to include Steem in this adventure of mine. Communities provide some interesting opportunities for this as well.
Anyway, let's not waste too many words, I just wanted to announce my website:
Studio Nocta, www.studionocta.com
Check it out, and if you're on Instagram or Facebook, please give me a like and/or follow, it will help my visibility on these platforms :-)
I'll probably start sharing some individual scarfs I've made on here soon as well. For now I'm going to relax with a cup of coffee - it has been a long time I worked on a website, but I'm proud of the result. Let alone the felted pieces <3
Cheers, and thanks to all of you who have been following me on this journey so far. You know who you are <3
