En route back home from London - thanks for the memories!

I’m back in the train which just left London towards Bruxelles, a 5,5 hours drive back home enjoying the views and reflecting on everything I’ve been able to see and the many hours of conversations I’ve had with different people.

I enjoy these kind of trips a lot: no running after seeing touristic highlights but being more or less ‘local’ through meeting up and hanging in their favourite spots.

Ah, Vauxhall? This is how all the trainstations in Russia are called - Phonetically written in Cyrillic. I rember hearing a story about how someone Russian saw Vauxhall station and was so impressed that he decided that would be the word for train stations in Russia. I never verified the story but driving past this station on my way to London made me smile :-)

Now let’s see if I can post this from a tunnel 75 meters below the North Sea surface...
