Did you know there's a Meet-up in Aachen this Friday?

I love how I'm discovering more and more Steem communities in Europe - having just visited a London Steem Meet-Up, I can now start packing for the next one: this Friday in Aachen!

The perfect location because it is in Germany, but also close to Belgium, Luxembourg and of course my own tiny country The Netherlands... We are possibly going to see a nice mix of people at this meet-up.

Of course most SteemFest visitors know @detlev as one of the stage hosts, but at SteemFest we didn't really get to meet. That changed when I organized a meet-up in Rotterdam, where he decided to join! It was only the second meet-up I ever organized - so to me it was sort of unexpected to suddenly have him and @arcange as guests who were willing to cross the border to visit my humble gathering of people...

I'm glad he did though, because there was a little bit more time to actually get to know each other, and amongst others he told me he has done meet-ups for quite some time now. I was ready to learn from his experience, see what he organizes, as he also makes sure there's some stuff arranged, like food and drinks and presentations...

So what, who, when?

Coming Friday, from 18:00 (less official start from 15:00), we can join in Aachen for:

Education, talking about creating good content, teaching analytics with steemworld.org (the amazing tool by @steemchiller), and other speeches.

Food and beer

There will be food and beer, because as most of you know @detlev is the initiator of the #beersaturday initiative.

I'm looking forward to meet up with some people I've already met at other meet-ups/SteemFest: @reggaemuffin, @suesa, @arcange, @pundito (travel partner :D), @jeanpi1908, @buzzbeergeek, @brittandjosie (travel partner :D), and am curious to see who else I'm going to meet or decides to come as a last minute attendee!
